Community Update

Just taking a moment to notify the community that due to recent storms we needed to replace a pool umbrella. Given the unpredictability of Florida weather please remember to put umbrellas back down after use.

In addition, we noted that the pool deck chairs were in very poor condition. A few weeks ago the board approved purchase of new polywood deck loungers that will hopefully fare better in Florida weather and be a longer term solution.

They were delayed in shipping but should be constructed for use by next weekend.

You may also have noticed that the sign is being repainted to stretch its lifetime. Please have patience as this is a voluntary effort.
